All payments are processed securely through our approved payment providers (Shopify Payments, Google Pay, or Vipps).
You can choose your preferred payment method at checkout.
All prices are displayed in your selected currency and include taxes/VAT. No additional taxes will be added at checkout.

 

Digital Products & Delivery

Our crochet and knitting patterns are digital downloads (PDF files).
Once your payment is completed, you will receive an email with a download link.
Please download and save your files immediately after purchase.

 

Right of Withdrawal (Cancellation)

The right of withdrawal does not apply to digital products once the download has started or been completed.
By purchasing a digital pattern, you agree to immediate access to the content and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is waived once the download begins.

 

Returns & Refunds

Since our products are digital files, we do not offer returns or refunds once the download link has been accessed.
If you experience issues with your download or receive the wrong file, please contact us, and we will help you resolve the problem.

We aim to respond within 2 business days.
